Join our Manufacturing Operations offline support team in a fully site-based role where you'll play a vital part in maintaining quality, compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our Product Supply operations. Main responsibilities

  • Support market introductions and product modifications within manufacturing operations
  • Participate in the preparation, review, and updating of procedures and batch documentation, including process improvement procedure updates
  • Perform batch review in line with quality and compliance requirements
  • Ensure adherence to the Sanofi quality system
  • Ensure practices meet cGMP requirements
  • Actively identify and participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects
  • Support manufacturing operations projects as required & attend team meetings as required
  • Conduct all duties in a safe manner and report any safety issues or concerns
  • Act as the quality point of contact for operations systems and processes, providing guidance and feedback on quality operational issues — escalating any concerns identified to the Manufacturing Operations Specialist or Manufacturing Operations Team Leader as appropriate
  • Support the timely review of documentation, deviation investigations, and customer complaints, highlighting concerns and assisting in their resolution
  • Complete CAPAs following deviation investigation outcomes
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to support the timely closure of quality actions and findings
  • Monitor and adhere to quality metrics, ensuring no late or overdue items within areas of responsibility
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the team in achieving team goals and targets

About you

Essential

  • Experience working in a cGMP environment
  • Knowledge of cGMP principles and pharmaceutical quality systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to Right First Time
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyse data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to reason numerically and understand process scheduling requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

Desirable

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with deviation investigations, CAPA, and batch documentation review

The salary range for this position is :€38 400,00 - €51 200

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
