Job Description

Seldin Company is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Montana. This position will pay up to $65,000.00 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

*A Montana Property Management License or the ability to obtain one within 60 days is required for this position.

What You Will Do

The Operations Support Specialist role serves as a strategic partner to VPs in property management. This role is a liaison between property staff, Regionals, VPs, and department staff and will assist in simplifying the collaboration and connections with others in the company. The role also ensures that the operations of the properties in their assigned area of oversight comply with the standards and expectations of Seldin Company and property-specific goals. The Operations Support Specialist should use management and leadership skills to train, motivate and empower associates to reach their goals and those of the properties. The VP of Property Management will give assignments for this role. Travel will depend on the portfolio's location or changes to the portfolio.


Skills and Requirements

  • Experience with LIHTC and HUD
  • Ability to travel to designated portfolio up to 80% of the time
  • Five or more years of related experience in property management
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Self motivated and self directed to work with or without supervision
