The Transportation Management Services Department is seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist II. This position performs varied advanced administrative, technical, and general assistance duties in support of the Road, Bridge & Stormwater Maintenance Division operations. Work involves coordinating, preparing, and processing administrative documents such as payroll, budget, purchasing, etc.; preparing a variety of operational documents, forms, reports, records, and summaries; entering data and retrieving information from division databases; and maintaining automated and manual files.
