Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join a growing operations team supporting high-volume business processes. In this role, you'll help ensure customer information is accurately reviewed, processed, and maintained across multiple systems as you collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of operational transactions while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Monitor work queues and prioritize tasks to meet daily service-level expectations.

  • Review, validate, and transfer customer information across multiple systems.

  • Ensure customer data is entered accurately and reconciled between internal platforms and external partner systems.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure customer information is complete, accurate, and submitted according to established procedures.

  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve data issues before submission.

  • Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.

  • Adapt quickly to new processes and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to process high volumes of work accurately.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering, data validation, formulas, and working with large datasets.

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to identify inconsistencies in data and resolve issues independently.

  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in operations, data processing, benefits administration, insurance, healthcare, fintech or another detail-oriented environment.

  • Experience working with queues, case management systems, or workflow management tools.

  • Experience documenting processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

  • Comfortable learning new software and adapting to evolving processes.
