**We are hiring for both a full-time and part-time (20 hours/week) position.**



Performs all activities related the needs of the office and programs offered at the location. Greets and checks-in patients, clients, participants and visitors, manages phone calls, schedules appointments, and performs other clerical duties.

Essential Functions

  • Monitors all activity of waiting room and/or office environment with safety, quality and efficiency in mind.

  • Facilitates incoming and outgoing communication (phone, email, mail, faxes, letters etc.) to support the needs of the location and programs.

  • Serve as a liaison between staff and CW environmental and facility services and/or external environmental and facility service organizations/property managers.

  • Maintains office environment to include but not limited to: ordering supplies, maintaining MSDS data, records management, maintaining staff/office directories, and office equipment maintenance

  • Assists with program needs such as conducting background checks; ordering, organizing and distributing program supplies; and scheduling, supporting, and setting up program classes and events.

  • Maintains department/P cards and completes monthly reconciliation and submission of receipts in Workday.

  • Confirms completion of consumer paperwork such as annual consents, release of information, program specific forms etc.

  • Assists with data entry (Epic, ewisacwis, FRCS, CareManager, Certify, DAISEY, etc.) including, but not limited to case record review, scoring, etc.

  • Assists with training end users related to electronic systems. Understands system capabilities and is a resource to others.


Education

  • High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required

  • Associate's Degree in business, computer applications, human services, or related field preferred


Experience

  • Less than 1 year of experience in office or customer service required

  • 3-5 years office or customer service related experience preferred

This position will support our Mental and Behavioral Health team and is located at our office in Steven's Point which is at 1466 Water St. 54481.

We are seeking one full-time (M-F 8-5pm) and one part-time (20 hours/week; flexible with hours).
