Due to the growth at our site in Visp, we are currently looking for Operations Support and Manufacturing Specialists for our 6x20K Large Scale Mammalian Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for performing operational activities within the Operations Support Team in partnership with Buffer Media Supply, USP and DSP.

Whatyou’lldo:

  • Assignments within the OperationsSupportteam focused on receipt and management of raw materials,single usematerials, dispensingofsmall volume andlarge-scalemedias and buffers.

  • Processing of parts in washers and autoclaves

  • Transport and storage of materialswithin temperature-controlled requirements

  • Recognition,interpretation,and elimination of deviations

  • Execution of tasksin compliance with safety regulations andcGMP quality requirements.

  • Execution of production steps including interaction with HMIs and automated systems

  • Support on-going training to develop your technical skills in a fast paced, large scale mammalian facility(6 x 20K Bioreactors)

Whatwe’relookingfor

  • Fluent English with German language skillsadvantageous

  • Completedchemicalbiopharmaceuticaleducationorvocationaltrainingpreferred

  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator/production technicianin a GMP environmentis a plus

  • Safetymindset;forkliftandorelectric pallet truck training will berequired

  • Continuousimprovementmindsetwithattentiontodetailandsupportof6Sstandards

  • Willingness to work in shifts (e.g.2 or 3-shift pattern) with flexible work scheduling

  • Day shift schedule to start during training period and establishment of the Operations Support Department.
