Are you an experienced Operations Support Specialist with a TS/SCI security clearance? Leidos is seeking a professional like you to support the 55 Operations Group at Offutt AFB, NE for worldwide ISR operations. Key responsibilities include managing the Flight Crew Information File (FCIF), electronic Flight Evaluation Folder (eFEF), AF Form 8 reviews, and the Examinations Program, ensuring accuracy and standardization across all aircrew records and testing materials. This individual also helps to lead the Supplemental Evaluation Board (SEB) and Staff Assisted Visit (SAV) processes, evaluates squadron STAN/EVAL programs, and provides actionable recommendations to commanders. Additionally, this individual oversees Flight Examiner (FE) training and certification, while maintaining the Trends Program to provide leadership with critical insights.

Your Main Mission:
Serve as an advisor to squadron and group leadership and develop processes for assessing readiness and brief readiness to senior leaders.
Provide input on policies and procedures for accomplishment of program health status of the program.
Plan and direct special projects and studies that influence both near and long-range plans, make recommendations on a broad range of ISR operations issues, and ensure group-level planning is effectively aligned with Air Force, CCMD, and national requirements.
Provide hands-on training on a broad range of subjects, including but not limited to the processes required to input/extract data, conduct squadron evaluations, build assessments, and brief leadership.
What Sets You Apart:
Current TS/SCI on day 1.
Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of degree) and four (4) + years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in CCV or DOV required
Prior Aircrew Instructor/Evaluator Officer or Enlisted
Knowledge and Experience with AF Publications
Knowledge of 11-202 v.1, 2, and 3 series documents
Knowledge of the Air Force aircrew qualification and certification process
Experienced in project and change management
Comfortable working and briefing Air Force senior staff

Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
