Operations Support Officer - Private Emergency Health Australia (PEHA)
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations Support Officer to join our team at PEHA.
This is a central role within the PEHA Operations Team, supporting the coordination and performance of our emergency departments across Australia. Working closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager and the operations team, you’ll contribute to operational projects, process improvements, and initiatives that drive consistency and efficiency across all sites.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support to the PEHA Operations Team
• Assist with the implementation of operational initiatives and projects
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across sites
• Support the coordination of operational activities across multiple PEHA locations
• Assist with the development and maintenance of procedures and documentation
• Support activities related to new site openings
• Provide support to Practice Managers as required
About You
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Practical and solutions-focused, with a willingness to get involved
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Clear and professional communication skills
Experience
• Experience in operations, project support, or business support roles
• Exposure to process improvement or project work (desirable)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
