Due to the growth at our site in Visp, we are currently looking for Operations Support and Manufacturing Specialists for our 6x20K Large Scale Mammalian Facility. In this role, you willbe responsible forperforming operationalsupportactivitieswithin the Operations Support Team in partnership with BufferMediaSupply,USP,and DSP.
Whatyou’lldo:
Assignments within the OperationsSupportteam focused on receipt and management of raw materials,single usematerials, dispensingofsmall volume andlarge-scalemedias and buffersto meet production demands and adherence to schedule
Processing of parts in washers and autoclaves
Transport and storage of materialswithin temperature-controlled requirements
Execution of tasksin compliance with safety regulations andcGMP quality requirements.
Execution of production steps including interaction with HMIs and automated systems
Key responsibilities:
Complete manufacturing activities in Operations Support area according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for resolution
Assistdocument preparation (e.g.electronic batch records, SOPs) specific to the assigned production area
Recognition, interpretation, and elimination of deviations
Review production documentation and work on deviations, change requests and implementation of CAPAs to ensure high-quality GMP standards
Responsible for the training of the manufacturing staff on specific equipment or standard operations
Serve as deputy for Team Lead when needed
Key requirements:
Fluent English with German language skillsadvantageous
GMP operations experiencea must
Completedchemicalbiopharmaceuticaleducationorvocationaltrainingpreferred
Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator/production technician in a GMP environment is a plus
Must be open to work in shift (2 or 3 shift system)

Motivated, self-starter with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset, ability to work independently,oversee the daily coordination of operationalactivities, andexecute operations as part ofteam deliverables
Ideally, you have trained as an EFZ logistician / EFZ chemical and pharmaceutical technologist / EFZ laboratory technician specializing in chemistry or biology.
Safetymindset;forkliftandorelectric pallet truck training will berequired
Continuousimprovementmindsetwithattentiontodetailandsupportof6Sstandards
Day shift schedule to start during training period and establishment of the Operations Support Department.
