Ensure that the store operates both safely and environmentally compliant, while effectively and efficiently working within the guidelines of the administrative policies and procedures. The individual will work with new hire’s and provide mentoring during the on boarding process. Will be safety process oriented with the ability to build trust, credibility, and strong working relationships with employees and store leadership.

Works closely with store leadership and employees. High level reporting to the PNP Executive Team and Senior Management.
Outdoor/Indoor shop and construction type and heavy retail environment. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Exposure to high noise levels and heavy construction equipment.
