Position Details
Based on requests for operational support from both internal and external sources, this role primarily handles various operational tasks associated with ad operations, such as report creation, management screen settings, and billing, payment applications.
Candidates for Assistant Manager will also be responsible for assisting with group management and handling organizational incident response tasks.
Specific Job Examples
- Data aggregation and creation of various reports
- General ad operation (primarily affiliate advertising)
- Receiving new requests, creating work formats, and building operation flows
- Checking ad content and requesting corrections from media
- Responding to inquiries
- Answering phone calls (transferring calls)
Work Environment
9 permanent employees, 3 temporary staff

Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional work experience
- Experience in handling operational tasks such as data aggregation and input, constructing business flows, and improving operations
- Proficiency in Excel (functions such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX, PivotTables, conditional formatting, etc.)
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Desired Qualifications:
- Team management experience
- Work experience in the internet advertising industry
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Basic understanding of programming, such as VBA or Python
- Basic knowledge of SQL
