We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive to support our Legal & Operations activities. In this role, you will help ensure smooth document management, office maintenance, and employee welfare programs to create a well-organized and comfortable workplace environment.
What You Will Do:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical documents related to Legal & Operations.
Organize and maintain hardcopy and digital filing systems, including document storage and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth communication and document flow.
Support daily office operational and maintenance activities, especially for the Yogyakarta office.
Assist in employee welfare and engagement programs such as Daily Lunch, Random Snack Day, and other internal activities.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates with internship experience related to Operations and/or Administration may be considered.
Has strong integrity to manage confidential information.
Able to pay great attention to detail and has a keen eye for accuracy.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Willing to commute regularly to the Yogyakarta office.
