Operations Support Executive

United Arab Emirates · Full-time, hybrid · 6 days per week

Every month, hundreds of thousands of people across the GCC book a cleaner, a beauty service, a handyman, or a healthcare visit through Justlife. Behind each of those bookings is a crew that has to be in the right place at the right time — and a customer waiting to hear that it’s all going to plan.

We’re looking for someone who sits between the two: keeping partners and crews aligned, solving the problems that stop jobs getting completed, and making sure nothing falls through the gap.

The Role

You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our partners and crews — helping them run smoother operations, fulfil jobs on time, and lift completion rates. It’s a hands-on, problem-solving role at the heart of how the service actually gets delivered.

This is a problem-solving role, not a message-passing one. We expect you to spot what’s about to go wrong and fix it before the customer feels it.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the bridge between customers and partners/crews, keeping both sides aligned.
• Help crews and partners improve their day-to-day operations.
• Solve problems so crews and partners fulfil their jobs on time, driving a higher completion rate.
• Help reduce fulfilment errors.
• Drive partner and crew-level initiatives — for example document updates, uniform data collection, and van information collection.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• 3+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in an operations-heavy business.
• Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu — you’ll need to understand our partners and crews, and act on it with the customer.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above — clear, confident spoken English.
• Based in the UAE. The first 5 days of training are in office, and after that you’ll be in office once a week, at least.
• Computer literate — comfortable using spreadsheets and able to operate a CRM for day-to-day operations.
• Available to work 6 days a week.

Nice-to-haves

• Arabic, to support our Arabic-speaking customers.
• Your own valid UAE residence visa.

• Working setup: United Arab Emirates — hybrid, full-time, 6 days a week. In office for the first 5 days of training, then once a week, and from home the rest of the time.

Interview Process

1. CV screening.
2. Initial communication round (30 minutes).
3. Operations scenario round (30 minutes) — situational problem-solving on real crew and partner scenarios.
4. Hiring Manager round (30 minutes) — final decision within 72 hours of the interview.
