Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement.
Assess the efficiency and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and supervise outcomes.
Develop processes and tools to supervise and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Builds and develops self-service metrics dashboards/tools and data visualization using Tableau or other data visualization tools
Experience working with one or more of the following BI tools: Tableau Cloud, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Prep, QlikView, Business Objects and Alteryx.
Experience in the development and deployment of management and executive dashboards and reports including working with management and sponsors to capture and interpret requirements and turn those into dashboards that drive actionable decisions.
Knowledge of query languages (example: SQL).
Migration of all projects related data / input queries from Oracle to Snowflake. Data validation to ensure accuracy.
Migration of all Alteryx workflows to new version and Alteryx BI environment.
Migration of Tableau assets (workbooks, dashboards, data sources) from on-premises or Tableau Server to Tableau Cloud. Optimize Tableau workbooks and data sources to ensure performance and scalability in the cloud environment. Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained throughout the migration process.
Desire and ability to work in a large, sophisticated and changing environment that is moving and evolving into a SaaS business model.
Proven communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Data mining, Data Analytics or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analysis or statistical/AI/ML modeling !
