Operations Support Agent Senior - PUD (Noi Bai) / Nhân viên Hỗ trợ Giao nhận Bậc cao (Nội Bài)

• Sort documents/goods for export and import according to the exploitation process.

• Handle abnormal cases during the exploitation process (broken goods, misplaced items…)

• Perform scanning and reporting.

• Coordinate with the Delivery and Coordination department to handle unusual receipt situations.

• Coordinate with the Delivery and Coordination department to handle cases where goods cannot be delivered or have other customer requests.

• Contact customers to handle cases requiring additional information or arrangements from the customer.

• Contact external FedEx or related departments to obtain more information for delivery purposes.

• Carry out procedures to return goods to the origin or to the sender in Vietnam.

• Record and monitor inventory.

• Store documents according to regulations.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

• Work in shifts.

• Comply with the company's labor regulations.

• Chia chọn Tài liệu/hàng xuất và nhập theo quy trình khai thác.

• Xử lý các trường hợp bất thường trong quá trình khai thác (hàng bể vỡ, lạc tuyến…)

• Thực hiện scan và làm báo cáo.

• Phối hợp với bộ phận Giao nhận và Điều phối xử lý các tình huống nhận hàng bất thường.

• Phối hợp với bộ phận Giao nhận và Điều phối xử lý các trường hợp hàng không phát được hoặc có yêu cầu khác từ khách hàng.

• Liên lạc với khách xử lý các trường hợp cần thêm thông tin hoặc sự sắp xếp từ khách hàng.

• Liên lạc với FedEx đầu ngoài hoặc các bộ phận có liên quan để có thêm thông tin phục vụ cho việc giao nhận hàng.

• Thực hiện các thủ tục để hoàn trả hàng về gốc hoặc cho người gửi tại Việt Nam.

• Ghi nhận và theo dõi hàng tồn kho.

• Lưu trữ chứng từ theo quy định.

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của người quản lý trực tiếp.

• Làm việc theo ca.

• Tuân thủ nội quy lao động của công ty.

Education: Secondary education or equivalent
Experience: Four (4) years of relevant work experience
