Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring an Operations Support Assistant in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role is the operational backbone of the branch, partnering directly with the General Manager to keep accounting, office management, and team support running smoothly so our employees and customers have a seamless experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts receivable tracking, batching, deposits, and payment reconciliation in partnership with branch leadership
• Review and correct purchase orders and point-of-sale transactions, and support month-end close and payroll review
• Keep the branch running smoothly: office supplies, uniforms, equipment, phones and tablets, mail, shipments, and filing
• Serve as the branch liaison for HR items like time off, benefits, and onboarding, and help coordinate team events and meetings
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting in ServiceTitan and other tools, and step in on dispatching or scheduling when needed

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of administrative, office, or operations experience in a professional environment
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Discretion handling confidential employee, financial, and customer information, plus a team-first, problem-solving mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), active driver's license with a clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods, moving throughout the branch, and lifting up to 15 lbs
• Experience with ServiceTitan, accounts receivable, payroll, HR support, or a home services/HVAC/plumbing/construction environment is a plus, but not required
