Back Office Support plays a key role in supporting the coordination of production, supply chain, inventory management, and customer experience to ensure efficient operations and high-quality product delivery. This role also involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring smooth communication and timely order fulfillment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are essential for success in this position.
Essential Duties
Special Order Processing:
Handle and process special orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the shipping and receiving of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and orders are fulfilled correctly.
Assist with inventory audits, ensuring stock is tracked and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to sales staff, including order processing, data entry, and general office support.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to inventory and sales.
Customer Experience Support:
Ensure smooth and efficient order processing to contribute to a positive customer experience.
Assist with resolving operational issues impacting the customer experience, ensuring timely resolution.
General Back Office Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations, including supporting cross-departmental coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Equivalent work experience in an operation, administrative, or support role may be considered in place of formal education
Language Ability:
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
