Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter durch vorbildliche Personalführung, Sicherstellung der Ausbildungs-standards

  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Einsatzplänen

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Mitarbeitergesprächen

  • Überwachung, Kontrolle und Optimierung der operativen Standortprozesse anhand definierter KPI´s

  • operativer Ansprechpartner und Anleitung von Vendoren

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller festgelegten personalrelevanten und/ oder unternehmensbezogenen Regel-ungen, Richtlinien, Abläufe und rechtlichen Anforderungen

  • Mitwirkungen bei der Einstellung von Mitarbeitern sowie bei der Erstellung von Investitions-budgets und Analyse und Cost Management

  • Stetige Analyse der Operations-performance und Einleitung korrigierender Maßnahmen

  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Statistiken zu Produktivitäts- und Qualitätszielen und deren Kommunikation

  • Mitarbeit bei der Einhaltung des Abteilungsbudgets

  • Funktionaler Experte im Rahmen von Operationsprojekten

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Transport/Logistikbranche

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Logistikbereich

  • Nachgewiesene, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalführung

  • nachweisbare hohe Teamführungs-, Integrations-, und Sozialkompetenz

  • Sehr gute fundierte Kenntnisse operationeller Abläufe

  • Hohes Planungs- und Organisationsvermögen

  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Stressresistenz

  • Hohe analytische und betriebswirtschaftliche Denk- und Handlungsweise

  • Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Gute MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse

  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtdienst

Die Vergütung erfolgt nach dem anwendbaren Flächentarifvertrag.
