The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day outbound warehouse operations within a contract logistics e-commerce facility. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant order fulfilment while meeting agreed client SLAs, productivity KPIs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
The Supervisor provides operational leadership to outbound teams, acts as the primary escalation point for outbound execution issues, and works closely with the Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence for key clients.
