Lead daily operations for one or more complex units, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll guide a team, improve processes, and partner across functions to enhance performance. This role offers strong leadership exposure and opportunities to grow within banking operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily workflows across one or multiple operations teams.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security, and operational policies and procedures.
• Analyze and resolve complex operational issues to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Drive process improvements by partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor productivity, service standards, and risk controls to meet business goals.
• Facilitate team meetings, one-on-ones, and development conversations.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, processes, and training to support team success.

Education & Experience
Required:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of banking operations experience and in a lead, work director, or supervisory role
• Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience across multiple banking operations areas
• Prior leadership experience managing teams and complex workflows
