Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse and logistics staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Manage and track inventory levels, organizing stock rotation and maintaining accurate records
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Maintain and enforce workplace health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and audits
• Train, mentor and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and performance management
• Communicate effectively with management, other departments and clients to resolve issues and meet operational targets
• Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents and key metrics for senior management
• Ensure quality control standards are met for all warehouse operations and deliverables

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop team members
• Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the organization
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with logistics software systems
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing operational demands
