Operations Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises a transportation services team and the transportation services activities.
- Responsible for scheduling transportation services activities and operations.
- Routinely applies knowledge of our operations, Company product and customer services to assist the team with routine questions.
- Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current, valid driver's license, with three (3) years clean driving record. Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be requested.
- Must meet Company's clean driver eligibility requirements.
- Current, valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class B with an air brake endorsement is required. (May be obtained through Company training course.)
- Must be certified as physically qualified through a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- You will also be entered into our random drug testing program.
- Minimum age of 21 is required for your CDL.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to

- Proficiency in the use of computer business applications.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, maintain an attention to detail, multitask, provide excellent customer service while working in a team or group environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written, with customers, employees, and management.
- Ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail and accuracy, supervise and manage staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
- Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
- Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
