Operations Supervisor - Full Time

Primary Location: Richardson, TX

Wage: $55,000-$60,000/YR

Are you a motivated and experienced security professional looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor! We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of security officers to ensure operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will be equipped in handling scheduling, payroll processing, and site training. They must have previous experience in developing a high performing team with strong customer service skills and great communication while adhering to our core values; Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.

Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites at the direction of line management. Supervises Field Supervisors and other security personnel. Performs inspections and ensures that post orders are being followed. Coaches and trains personnel. Carries out administrative procedures in support of Branch operations.

What You Can Expect:

  • Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, including supervision of subordinate officers and staff.
  • Meet with line management and/or client representatives for status updates and to address any actual or potential problems.
  • Ensure that service expectations are being met through regular contact with clients and vendors.
  • Participate in and coordinate with line management regarding the orientation, training, development, and retention of high-caliber staff.
  • Maintain and submit payroll records and other employee and business information, review client and company report for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain, Edit and Submit digital Metric platforms- Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, and PowerApps.
  • Communicate and coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters, to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Basic Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

  • Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.

  • All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
  • Minimum 1 year of security experience needed.
  • Must have 1 year of management / Supervisory experience with at least 6 months experience in scheduling and Payroll management.
  • Additional experience in payroll and training is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer and technology use.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, email, teams and Excel.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
  • Must have the ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be reliable and self-motivated with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills needed.
