Our client, a Technology Rentals for Events & Businesses company is looking to hire a Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor supports the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in driving day-to-day operational excellence across the organization.

This role works closely with multiple departments to coordinate projects, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the COO with operational planning, execution, and follow-up on key initiatives
• Coordinate and communicate with different teams to ensure alignment on goals and deadlines
• Oversee tasks, workflows, and project timelines to ensure timely completion
• Track progress of ongoing projects and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Identify bottlenecks or risks, proactively recommend solutions, and ensure smooth execution
• Ensure accountability across teams and follow up on assigned tasks
• Maintain documentation, reports, and operational data as needed
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
• Experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role preferred
