Job Description

Our South Central Service Center located in Mesquite, Texas is adding an Operations Supervisor to the team. This role provides hands-on leadership across multiple production areas and plays a key role in driving safety, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

What would you do as our Operations Supervisor?
You’ll oversee daily production operations for a 30+ person team, lead continuous improvement efforts, and ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

You would also:

  • Lead production operations across frame manufacturing, door frames, door modification, and welding cells
  • Maximize productivity while minimizing waste and inefficiencies
  • Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output
  • Plan and schedule resources to meet production goals
  • Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to support flexibility and growth
  • Maintain safe equipment, tools, and work environments
  • Implement quality control standards and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute operational strategies and budgets
  • Special assignments as assigned

The Skills and Experience You Need:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience in metal forming or similar manufacturing environments preferred
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
