Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of service technicians
• Deploy service technicians for onsite tyre servicing.
• Attend customer requests at the indoor workshop.
• Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers.
• Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments.
• Perform administrative duties such as posting service notifications, inventory replenishment, and tools & equipment maintenance and replenishment.
• Plan duty rosters for night standby shifts.

• Be on standby for night service calls on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Diploma in Automotive, Building or any Engineering discipline
• Possess experience supervising blue-collar workers in an automotive workshop
• Prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
