We're hiring an Operations Supervisor for our Maxton, NC location. If you have machine operating experience, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, forward-thinking team.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of packaging and warehousing operations during assigned shift while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer service expectations are consistently achieved. The Operations Supervisor oversees shift personnel, daily operational processes, equipment, and work areas to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations while meeting customer expectations. This position provides direct leadership to production, warehouses, and support personnel while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervises daily packaging and warehousing operations during assigned shift to ensure customer requirements and production schedules are met
• Ensures the packaging and warehousing functions execute work efficiently and profitably while partnering closely together to meet all customer needs
• Monitors labor efficiency, line efficiency, downtime, utilization, and productivity performance throughout the shift
• Maintains a high level of inventory accuracy through proper operational execution and transactional compliance
• Manages effective collaboration and partnership between both the packaging and warehousing sides of the operation to guarantee a seamless, single service for the customer
