The client is a fast-growing technology company building a professional-grade financial analytics platform used by traders and institutional market participants worldwide.
As the business scales internationally, the company is looking for an Operations & Strategic Projects Manager who can act as a true operational extension of leadership — someone who thrives in complexity, connects the dots across teams, and drives initiatives from idea to execution.

This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of operations, compliance, payments, legal coordination, and strategic execution.
You will work closely with leadership, external advisors, product teams, developers, and operational stakeholders to launch new initiatives, optimize workflows, and support international expansion.
The role is ideal for someone who combines structured thinking with ownership, curiosity, and strong execution skills in fast-paced FinTech or SaaS environments.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate operational initiatives across compliance, payments, legal, and product operations;

• Manage relationships with external legal advisors, consultants, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions;

• Coordinate payment infrastructure projects, including acquiring and payment provider integrations such as Adyen and PayPal;

• Support PCI DSS readiness initiatives by aligning operational, legal, and technical work streams;

• Conduct research on international market expansion, regulatory frameworks, tax structures, and partnership models;

• Drive operational implementation of AI tools into real business workflows across finance, reporting, and internal operations;

• Structure complex business problems into actionable execution plans with clear ownership and timelines;

• Support intellectual property protection initiatives, including trademark coordination and legal documentation in international markets;

• Collaborate with product and development teams on operational and compliance aspects of new product launches, including CFD-related solutions;

• Optimise onboarding and verification workflows through third-party KYC/KYB providers such as Sumsub, Shufti Pro, or similar platforms;

• Improve internal processes, contractor onboarding, cross-team communication, and operational scalability.

🎓 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, business operations, or strategic support roles within FinTech, SaaS, or technology companies;

• Strong ability to independently structure work, prioritise tasks, and deliver results without constant supervision;

• Experience coordinating external stakeholders, including lawyers, consultants, developers, or compliance providers;

• Good understanding of payment operations, acquiring, compliance, or financial workflows;

• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar topics, including regulatory, legal, or technical domains;

• Professional communication skills in Russian, English, and Latvian;

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar productivity solutions;

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured execution;

• Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments with high ownership and accountability.
