Purpose
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist/Administrative Assistant to support the program manager and Knowledge Management Team on the TRADOC KPPM contract.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support and assistance in managing, monitoring, administering, and assisting the COR and OCKO in executing the day–to-day TRADOC Enterprise KM Program operations
Overseeing the day-to-day management of all operations such as scheduling, tasking, training, and internal management controls.
Conducting detailed analysis of requirement tasking orders and meeting short suspense dates.
Interpreting higher command directives, policies, and procedures related to operations, plans and exercise planning and developing operational policies and procedures for implementation.
Reviewing and recommend approval of training support system concepts, policies, and program documentation.
Coordination and scheduling of physical meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, VTCs, online meetings

Qualifications

5-7 years of administrative experience
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Experience with the development and utilization of Key Performance Indictors (KPIs), Measures of Performance (MoPs), Measures of Effectiveness (MoEs), and performance management systems.
Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Excellent verbal and written (especially grammar and proofing) communication skills
