About this job:



Manages end-to-end operations for the School Transformation and Family and Community Engagement departments. This role cultivates partnerships, maintains systems for continuity and clear communication with students, families, and schools, and oversees daily operations across the department(s). Responsible for system management, data analysis, communications, and training, the role focuses on improving support services and orchestrating cross-functional process enhancements to ensure efficient operations that empower students and families.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintains and monitors operational systems and processes within the department(s) to ensure continuity, clarity, and coherence in service delivery and communications to students, families, and schools
  • Oversees day-to-day operations for implementing district priorities from the departments, including system management, data analysis, communications, training, and other projects
  • Identifies process gaps and troubleshoots opportunities to create efficient structures, processes, and procedures to enhance the overall customer and employee experience for department stakeholders
  • Works cross-functionally to orchestrate system and process enhancements and develop solutions that ensure efficient and effective operations supporting student and family empowerment
  • Provides administrative support and assists in carrying out specific tasks based on established procedures to ensure department priorities and objectives are met
  • Cultivates, nurtures, and sustains partnerships between the School Transformation and Family and Community Engagement departments and other district departments to streamline operational workflows
  • Prepares and distributes communications, reports, and other documents related to department operations
  • Other duties as assigned


What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's in related field or relevant work experience required
  • Master's Degree in related field preferred
  • Three+ years of program oversight and/or school operations experience, or experience in operations service delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in system management, data analysis, communications, and project coordination
  • Preferred experience facilitating group decision making, including skills in managing conflict, driving alignment, and relationship management with design thinking experience a plus
  • Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license or be able to obtain a Colorado driver’s license within the state’s required time frame for new residents and meet the District’s insurability requirements.
  • Project Management Professional, ProSci Certified preferred
  • Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
  • Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
