Process and manage new user registrations and maintain accurate user data. Monitor platform activity and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal user experience. Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to streamline workflows. Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize platform performance. Assist with onboarding new talent and providing ongoing operational support. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
职位要求
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational support role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Experience with project management methodologies a plus. Familiarity with live streaming platforms or the entertainment industry a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
