The Operations team aims to position Fidelity as a provider of excellence of investment solutions and services to our broad client base including direct investors, financial advisers, wholesale intermediaries and institutions. The team is structured with dedicated Client Service, Fund Accounting and ETFs.
ETFs is responsible for the implementation and day-to-day management of the ETF product range in Australia, ensuring the services supporting the ETFs in market are delivered accurately and efficiently every trading day.
Fidelity currently operates 14 unlisted funds and 5 Active ETFs with plans to expand this offering.
This is a key role responsible for the day-to-day management of Fidelity’s ETF capability, coordinating activities across the ETF primary and secondary markets and working closely with external service providers (e.g. Market Makers, Authorised Participants and iNAV service providers). You will be involved in managing and helping evolve the Australian business’ ETF platform, ensuring it continues to function effectively alongside all the stakeholders that support the entire ETF ecosystem.

ETF responsibilities will also extend to the ongoing oversight of third-party vendors, as the role will seek to continuously improve and evolve the services and operational functionality provided by these outsourced service providers. Reviewing, documenting and maintaining internal processes and operating documentation that support the ETF capability will be important to ensure we remain in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
The role will contribute to growing our ETF offering by assisting with the delivery and implementation of new ETF share classes and/or the launch of new ETF vehicles.
