Job Summary: Assist higher graded Manager Retail System and Budget with providing support to all business lines for the Enterprise. This includes, but not limited to, establishing, maintaining, and reviewing ADP modules within E-Time and Work Force Management (WFM). Ensures support is offered to field and HQ as it relates to timekeeping, payroll, and Crisis Action Team (CAT). Duties and Responsibilities: Assists higher graded Manager Retail System and Budget with determining NEXCOM needs with respect to E-Time WFM and CAT. Provides support for E-Time and WFM and manages incoming mailbox with responses to the field within 24 hours. Provides support for CAT (Crisis Action Team) and manages incoming mailbox with response or actions immediately Works closely with field, scheduling coordinators to provide feedback on ADP modules and CAT reporting. Takes and logs Enterprise-wide 7 Business Lines calls and formulates responses that are within the payroll guidelines. Tracks and documents all changes within E-Time and WFM. Verifies payroll reports and corrects discrepancies within the parameters of job responsibilities. Ensures manager is notified of corrective measures taken regarding discrepancies. Verifies new employees are imported from PeopleSoft with correct job title and pay rules. Will assist timekeepers within NEXCOM on setting up queries and resetting passcodes. Produce reports for management as it relates to E-Time and WFM. Coordinates all new training and supplemental training for the field Enterprise. Works under the general supervision of the Manager Retail System and Budget. Carries out regularly assigned duties independently in accordance with established routine procedures. Unusual or difficult problems are referred to supervisor for guidance and assistance. Work is reviewed by spot check for overall adequacy and accuracy. Assists the Code N Lead for Business Continuity Disaster Recovery and Crisis Action Team (CAT) participation. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and extensive experience in using MS Excel is required. Performs other duties as assigned. The incumbent of this position must file a Financial Disclosure Report OGE Form 450 as required.

Total of four (4) years of experience consisting of the following: GENERAL EXPERIENCE - Three (3) years of experience in administrative technical or other responsible work that enabled the applicant to gain knowledge and aptitudes required to perform technical managerial or analytical work involving business analysis. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE - One (1) year of academic study in a business discipline above the high school level may be substituted for nine (9) months of experience up to a maximum of a 4-year bachelors degree for three (3) years of general experience. AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE - One (1) year of progressive experience preparing work schedules in a retail store environment involving automated pay time and attendance systems and MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel including pivot tables and creation of complex formulas.
