<title>About the role</title>

The Operations Specialist, B2G is the day-to-day operational owner of Bolt's B2G transport program in the Netherlands. The role ensures reliable delivery of pupil transport routes dispatched covering driver management, route quality, SLA compliance, and partner liaison. Working closely with the Rider Growth Domain lead, the primary objective is to launch, scale and optimize pupil transport in the Netherlands.

Your daily adventures will include:<bulletpoints>

<point>Grow the pool of B2G-eligible drivers on the platform — surface programme information to interested drivers in the Bolt base, and reduce friction for those who choose to pursue the required third-party certifications.</point>
<point>Monitor daily B2G route execution: ensure drivers are online and on-time, triage schedule mutations (absences, route changes, pickup deviations), and deploy backup drivers when a trip is at risk.</point>
<point>Own the B2G support queue and support CS for live in-trip incidents during school hours; escalate within SLA, coordinate with drivers & partners, and feed learnings into the runbook.</point>
<point>Maintain driver-level compliance records (certifications, licences, insurance, background checks) and surface expiring documents proactively.</point>
<point>Serve as Bolt's primary operational contact for the Partner dispatch team and contracting municipalities; prepare monthly and quarterly quality reports and represent Bolt at contract review meetings.</point>
<point>Maintain the weekly B2G operations dashboard and provide inputs to the P&L.</point>
<point>Build and maintain operational runbooks, driver briefing packs and escalation trees — reducing single-person dependency.</point>

<gh-requirements>

<title> About you:</title>

<point>2+ years of operational or planning experience in the Dutch passenger transport, mobility or logistics sector — e.g. taxi, pupil transport, social care transport, last-mile delivery or a comparable high-volume operations role. You should be comfortable with daily route management, schedule changes and real-time decision-making at scale.</point>
<point>Fluent Dutch speaker (native) — essential for driver communication and partner liaison.</point>
<point>Hands-on experience with planning or dispatch software (route optimisation, scheduling tools, fleet management systems).</point>
<point>Working knowledge of trip-combining or multi-stop route design — building efficient routes around fixed schedules and passenger-specific constraints.</point>
<point>Familiarity with Dutch passenger transport certification and compliance frameworks (TX-Keurmerk, driver and vehicle requirements) — applied to platform drivers.</point>
<point>Previous role at a taxi company, transport operator, regional transport authority, or any contract carrier delivering passenger services to municipalities.</point>
<point>Comfort with operational analytics tooling (Looker or equivalent).</point>
