Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Specialist, AI Solutions based in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, data quality, and AI-powered product workflows, supporting the delivery of high-accuracy outputs across a fast-scaling technology platform. You will play a key part in ensuring that AI-assisted systems produce reliable, structured, and customer-ready results. The environment is detail-driven and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on process discipline, precision, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with customer-facing and product teams to execute operational workflows that directly support enterprise clients. This position also involves reviewing AI-generated outputs and applying human judgment to maintain high quality standards. As part of a newly forming operations function, you will contribute to defining scalable processes and improving how AI and human oversight work together in production.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will execute and refine operational workflows that ensure AI-driven outputs and structured data processes meet strict accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards.

  • Ingest, organize, and structure historical data and documentation into internal platforms to support AI-enabled workflows
  • Process incoming operational requests within defined SLAs using AI-assisted tools and structured workflows
  • Review AI-generated outputs to validate accuracy, completeness, and alignment with source data before final approval
  • Follow established operational procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality
  • Collaborate closely with customer-facing and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of workflows and clear communication of status updates
  • Support the development of new operational standards and best practices within a growing AI-driven operations function
  • Act as an operational liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and reliability in delivered outputs
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, structured in their approach, and comfortable working in fast-paced, AI-assisted operational environments.

    • 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, data processing, or a similar detail-heavy role
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under volume and tight timelines
    • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound human judgment to validate results
    • Proficiency with Excel and standard business tools, including task management and communication platforms
    • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
    • Comfort working within structured processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
    • Experience in financial services, investment operations, or structured data environments considered an asset
