Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to support and drive day-to-day operational activities across customers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, technically oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities, follow-ups, and open actions.
• Coordinate between customers, Operations, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance, and field teams.
• Track installations, deployments, service activities, and customer requests.
• Identify blockers, escalate issues, and drive tasks through to completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and operational reports.
• Support customer communication and technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate technicians, installers, and external service providers when required.
• Improve operational processes and support cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• ~5 years of proven experience in Operations, Technical Operations, Customer Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong technical orientation and ability to understand hardware, software, and system workflows.
• Ability to read technical documentation, installation guides, and system diagrams.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, ticketing, or project-management systems.

Advantage

• Experience with hardware installations, deployments, field service, or technical operations.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware or connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
• Experience in maritime, shipping, logistics, industrial technology, or another operationally complex environment.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or international service providers.
