Department: Operations
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Work Arrangement: On-site & Field-Based
Reporting To: Operations Manager

Responsible for roadside assistance, basic repair, maintenance, cleaning, and exterior upkeep of autonomous delivery vehicles/robots. The role ensures quick response to field incidents and keeps the fleet safe, operational, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Respond to vehicle breakdowns and malfunctions and perform on-site diagnosis and basic troubleshooting.
• 
  Coordinate vehicle recovery/towing when on-site repair is not possible.
• 
  Perform routine and corrective mechanical/electrical repairs as authorised.
• 
  Support preventive maintenance and maintain repair/service records.
• 
  Conduct exterior inspections, minor touch-ups, coating/wrap maintenance, and damage reporting.
• 
  Perform regular interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles/robots.
• 
  Record incidents, repairs, parts usage, and vehicle downtime.
• 
  Coordinate with operations and charging/staging teams for vehicle availability.
• 
  Escalate complex technical issues to engineering/technical teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  Diploma/vocational qualification in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• 
  Experience in vehicle maintenance, roadside assistance, fleet servicing, or similar hands-on technical roles.
• 
  EV, robotics, or autonomous vehicle experience is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.
• 
  Good hands-on troubleshooting and basic repair skills.
• 
  Comfortable working outdoors and in field conditions.
• 
  Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• 
  Physically fit and comfortable using basic tools/equipment.
• 
  Safety-conscious, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• 
  Willing to work rotational/on-call shifts.
