This position is responsible for answering phones, dispatching via radio and logging all activities throughout the casino while providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external guests and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Answers, screens and routes internal calls via radio or phone
• Responsible for dispatching multiple departments for assistance or guest enhancement
• Maintains accurate logs of all work orders on various software programs
• Is able to switch from one department functionality to another
• Identifies and prioritizes emergency calls and determines when to contact the Fire Department, Police, Surveillance, a Security Supervisor or above

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Runs reports on various department software
• Works in conjunction with other departments on policies and procedures
• Frequently walks throughout the complex for changes and updates
• Performs other work related duties assigned by management
• Works with Fire, Police, Surveillance and other agencies, as needed

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 30 wpm
• General office experience
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

Training Requirements:

• Knowledge of ACSC, STM, HOTSOS, ITRAK and Maintenance Connection systems
• Knowledge of Mohegan Sun corporate and department policies and procedures
• CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogen trained

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Fast paced office work environment with frequent interruptions
• Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work various shifts with flexible hours
