About the role
The role serves as a key liaison between the Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Field Sales teams to support end-to-end color conversion processes and drive process improvement initiatives. This individual will coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely execution of color changes, including SKU transitions, inventory planning, and field readiness. Responsibilities include tracking progress against key milestones, identifying potential risks or bottlenecks, and facilitating resolution through collaboration and clear communication. Additionally, the role will analyze data, gather stakeholder feedback, and support the development and implementation of standardized workflows aimed at increasing efficiency, accuracy, and alignment across teams.
Responsibilities
· Color Conversion Order Processing (50%)
Accurately process and track all incoming color conversion orders from submission to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. Maintain clear documentation, status updates, and reporting for all conversion activity. Troubleshoot and resolve issues or delays in order processing. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the color conversion process.
· Operations Improvement & Merchandising Support (50%)
Support the full service operations team in identifying, planning, and executing process improvements. Assist in standardizing operational workflows related to merchandising setup, item creation, data validation, and lifecycle tracking. Document best practices and contribute to training materials and SOPs.
Knowledge, skills and abilities requirements
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) High School Diploma
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and order management systems. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Working conditions & physical requirements
Hybrid or remote work options depending on company policies and location. The work environment generally involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
The work is sedentary; however, occasional travel to company locations may be required. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
