What You'll Do:

  • Create and maintain operational documentation and training resources
  • Manage knowledge platforms to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Act as an SME in member service operations and financial systems
  • Support projects through testing, validation, and training development
  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)
  • Partner across teams to align training with business needs

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of related experience
  • Degree, certification, or equivalent training/experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience developing and delivering training
  • Knowledge of financial systems or operations (preferred)

Work Environment:

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote work available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. There may be opportunities for increased in-office presence based on business needs.
