This is a hands-on role for someone early in their operations career who wants to learn how a fast-growing marketplace actually works. You’ll support the core operational engine of the business and work closely with procurement, logistics, and leadership as we scale. The focus is on building strong operational fundamentals, learning quickly, and gradually taking on more ownership as you grow. If you’re curious, detail-oriented, and excited by the idea of building systems and processes in a startup environment, this role offers a steep learning curve and clear room to develop.
What you’ll do
Support day-to-day operational execution across orders, suppliers, and logistics
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, from purchase through to delivery
Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams to resolve operational issues
Monitor order status, lead times, and service levels
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
Help define, document, and improve operational workflows and SOPs
Maintain clean, accurate data across ERP and operations tools
Support the scaling of operations as order volumes grow
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree (operations, business, supply chain, engineering, or similar) or relevant hands-on business experience
Strong organizational skills with a bias for execution
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Curious and comfortable using data and AI tools to support analysis and operational decisions
Detail-oriented with a high bar for accuracy
Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership in a startup environment
Bonus Points
Internship or early work experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain
Exposure to order flows, vendors, or logistics partners
Basic to moderate data analysis skills (spreadsheets, AI tools)
Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) or spreadsheet modeling
