Job Description

You’re the person who keeps things moving when everything feels like it’s moving fast. Organized, proactive, and adaptable—you don’t just follow systems, you help keep them running.

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day fulfillment and internal coordination. This role is all about execution, consistency, and staying one step ahead.

About the Company:

Location:Fully Remote


Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Send and manage client follow-up communications

  • Coordinate with editors to ensure deadlines are met

  • Track and manage contracts—nothing slips through

  • Keep ClickUp organized, updated, and actionable

  • Monitor client payments and follow up when needed

  • Maintain clean, structured Google Drive folders

  • Support the smooth execution of daily operations

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Strong written English—you communicate clearly and professionally

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized

  • Reliable executor—you follow directions and get things done right

  • Adaptable—you can pivot quickly as processes evolve

  • Resourceful—you figure things out without constant hand-holding

  • Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, Slack, etc.

  • Prior experience in operations, coordination, or VA work is a big plus
