Our Global Support Services ensure smooth global operations by providing essential support in IT, Finance, Marketing, HR, Admin, and M&A. We centralize these functions to boost efficiency, maintain consistency, and drive growth across all regions.

  • Abide by the Management System and ISO/IEC 17025
  • Handle daily order submissions
  • Assist lab testing team by managing processes related to samples submitted by clients
  • Coordinate/Handle the warehousing, storage, and release of samples
  • Filing hardcopy documents (submission related)
  • Prepare reports as necessary and maintain their filing system
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or any discipline
  • B.Sc. in science or any discipline
  • Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 quality system and requirements
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory testing
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer skills
  • At least 1–2 years of working experience in third-party testing
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Self-initiated, independent, and a good team player
