Job Description


Minimum requirements:

  • Demonstrated excellence in academic and social performance
  • Ambition to make a significant impact and contribute to something great
  • A desire to build a diverse skill set in the following: Data analysis, Credit management, Business analysis, and Software development / System building
  • Experience and qualifications combining technical and commercial expertise

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the in-country teams and merchant network to understand the primary commercial imperatives and synthesize them into effective credit solutions.
  • Responsibilities will encompass running, improving, designing, building, testing, and maintaining robust credit systems while also managing the teams that utilize them.
  • By enabling the operations team members and agent networks to excel in their roles, you will contribute to the achievement of company objectives in serving their customers.
  • The credit landscape you will be involved in includes:
  • Underwriting
  • Collections
  • Repossessions and resales, and
  • Fraud management
