Manager to Managing Director | AEQUITA

• (Managing) Director Operations / CEO Portfolio Company

What makes this role different

This is not a typical consulting role.

You will work directly within our portfolio companies and take ownership from day one: from initial assessment and strategy definition to hands-on implementation with teams on site.

Your focus is always the same: drive measurable impact.

What you will do

• Assess operational performance and identify value creation opportunities
• Define turnaround and performance improvement strategies
• Lead implementation on site across operations, supply chain, finance or transformation programs
• Work closely with management teams to drive execution
• Implement lean principles, governance and performance tracking
• Build sustainable structures and capabilities

Das Profil

• ~3+ years up to senior leadership experience
• Background in consulting, private equity or industrial environments
• Strong operational or transformation experience
• Hands-on mindset with clear execution focus
• High level of ownership and decisiveness
• Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to act in ambiguous situations
• Willingness to travel across US portfolio companies
