This position is responsible for coordinating data sharing files with external partners and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical and analytical thinkers. If you enjoy working with data and management, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Participating in process projects and other initiatives, ensuring comprehensive and accurate performance and data analysis, and data-based decision making.
  • Collaborating with others using technology to improve information sharing and streamline coordination across multiple processes.
  • Maintaining open communication and building positive working relationships to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Compiling and analyzing data, determining effectiveness and recommending next appropriate action.
  • Conducting monitoring activities, reviewing operational transactions and performance information, and writing reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • One year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint, and WORD. *
  • One year of experience leading teams and/or facilitating meetings.
  • One year of experience writing and revising documents.
  • Six months of customer service experience.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • * Education or training using MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) can substitute for the required experience.

PREFERENCES:

  • One year of experience using Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze, and review data, and create spreadsheets, pivot tables and charts.
  • One year of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving issues or concerns.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position is not telework eligible.
  • Alternative Screening Matrix will be used to determine which candidates will be interviewed.

SALARY: $27.40 / hourly
