Job overview:Schneider is seeking an Operations Representative in Green Bay to work with owner-operators to ensure customer expectations are met. The Operations Representative will execute daily operational processes that ensure high-quality service is delivered and act as a liaison between owner-operators and internal departments. Responsibilities:Establish, develop and maintain positive working relationships with owner-operators.Resolve problems involving customer service, internal departments and external vendors.Identify areas of improvement with owner-operators and communicate those opportunities.Match available capacity to customer delivery needs.Use planning processes and decision-making tools to develop optimal plans.
Skills and qualifications:High School diploma or GED.Proficient in Microsoft systems.Strong problem solving and communication skills.Outstanding project management skills.
