Job Description

Help keep business-critical client documentation accurate, accessible, and secure. In this role, you will turn complex, high-volume records into trusted reference data that teams can rely on every day. You will build strong partnerships across operations and business stakeholders while improving how documents are organized, retained, and retrieved. If you enjoy details, structure, and continuous improvement, you will find plenty of opportunities to grow and make an impact. We will support you with exposure to cross-functional work and meaningful process ownership.

As a Reference Data Analyst within Operations team, you manage the lifecycle of client-level records and operational documents to ensure they are complete, well-organized, and easy to retrieve. You will label, index, and maintain documentation so teams can find the right information at the right time, while meeting record retention and control expectations. You will partner with business and operations stakeholders to validate submissions, resolve gaps, and improve documentation workflows. You will also support audits and inquiries by producing clear evidence and analysis. This role is intended to be for an initial term of 12 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.

You will work closely with stakeholders who depend on accurate client documentation to run daily operations and meet control requirements. The work blends structured processing with problem-solving, including identifying root causes of documentation issues and improving the process to prevent repeat errors. You will contribute to a framework that promotes collaboration through clear workflows and disciplined content management.
