The Commercial Aftermarket Division is looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager – Commercial Aftermarket ​to lead the delivery of a new manufacturing facility in the Philippines.

This role will take overall responsibility for managing the planning, design, and delivery of the site, working closely with both local and global stakeholders to ensure the facility meets Moog’s business, operational, and technical requirements. You will play a key role in turning Moog’s investment strategy into a fully operational facility, ready to support long‑term growth in the Philippines.

The Business Transformation Manager reports to the Global Operations Transformation Manager and will act as the main point of coordination between Moog and external consultants involved in the project.

As the Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the delivery of a manufacturing facility
  • Manage the day‑to‑day coordination and oversight of external consultants, including architects, MEP engineers, and building / fit‑out consultants.
  • Manage the overall project schedule, high‑level budget, and key milestones, ensuring delivery is on time and within agreed cost.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the facility design and execution align with Moog standards, local regulations, and operational requirements.
  • Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate where required.
  • Provide regular status updates and clear reporting to senior stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will typically have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, facilities management, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects, such as:
    • New manufacturing facilities or site expansions
    • Industrial buildings or fit out projects
    • Work transfer or industrialisation initiatives
  • Experience managing external consultants and contractors in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Practical, hands on approach with the ability to balance detail and big picture delivery.
  • Experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives is an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Travel Requirements: Approximately 20–30%, including domestic and international travel as required.
  • Role will be initially based in Baguio with a planned transition to Tarlac at a later stage
  • This role offers the opportunity to play a foundational leadership role in establishing Moog’s long‑term strategic capability in the Philippines.
