Team Introduction
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

- LIVE Operations: Collaborates with creators and partners to build an environment where creators can succeed and grow.
- LIVE Agency Management: Manages and develops agency partners to help identify and grow top creator talent through scalable programs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and document verification processes for new potential agency partners.
- Manage lead tracking and maintain databases throughout the agency development funnel.
- Coordinate communication with potential new agency leads.
- Support the execution of TikTok LIVE's agency growth strategy—including recruitment, retention, and creator enablement.
- Help manage day-to-day operational tasks with agency points of contact to support and iterate on key business initiatives.
- Support internal teams and agency partners with the execution of in-app and out-of-app campaigns involving agency creators.
